Delete your SwimKeeper account

SwimKeeper (by KCB Systems) lets a parent or guardian permanently delete their account and everything in it at any time.

Delete it in the app

1. Open SwimKeeper and go to the You tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE, enter your current password, and tap Delete forever.

This works the same in the iPhone app, the Android app, and the web app.

Can’t get into the app?

Email privacy@swimkeeper.app from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm the request with you by email before deleting anything, and let you know when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your household and everything in it: swimmers, meets, results, splits, notes, goals, seasons, and any feedback you sent us, along with your account itself. This cannot be undone, so export your results first (You → Your data) if you want a copy. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy for details.
